Carrier Relations Manager

From Remote and Talent, we are looking for a Carrier Relations Manager for an international telecom/CPaaS company that helps clients scale their voice and SMS operations across key markets such as the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

This person will play a key role in opening new routes, negotiating with carriers and aggregators, improving quality and pricing, and building strategic relationships that support business expansion.

The ideal profile has previous experience in wholesale voice/SMS, carrier relations, or routing partnerships, along with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to work independently. They should also feel comfortable collaborating with technical teams and leading onboarding, testing, and go-live processes for new routes.
