Administrative Assistant – Remote | Melvin Alexander Consulting | Contract | Part-Time

At Remote and Talent, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant – Remote on behalf of Melvin Alexander Consulting, a contract, part-time opportunity with a strong preference for candidates based in Bogotá, Colombia.

This role will support the founder directly across daily operations, calendar management, project coordination, documentation, content support, and process improvement in a fast-moving remote environment.

The position includes managing schedules across time zones, maintaining organized digital records, following up on operational tasks, coordinating deliverables through ClickUp, and organizing internal documentation in Notion.

The person in this role will also support LinkedIn content, blog formatting, light copywriting, travel coordination, and the daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve workflows and productivity.

We are looking for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently without close supervision.

Candidates should have previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant, hands-on experience with LinkedIn, and solid knowledge of Google Workspace, ClickUp, and Notion.

Being based in Bogotá, or being very familiar with the city and available for occasional in-person meetings, is an important requirement for this opportunity.
