Head of Sales

At Remote and Talent, we are looking for a Head of Sales for Mexico to lead the commercial strategy in one of the company’s most important markets and drive growth alongside some of the most relevant companies in Latin America. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building business, opening key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team in a dynamic and international environment.

 

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and executing the country’s sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, strengthening strategic client relationships, and managing a commercial team focused on results. We are looking for a professional with strong B2B sales leadership experience, proven success in opening new accounts, negotiation skills with senior decision-makers, CRM and forecasting knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support business growth.
