Electronic Publishing Specialist

From Remote and Talent, we are looking for an Electronic Publishing Specialist to join a remote team in India within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional submission information, publishing regulatory documents, assembling complex eCTD dossiers with an XML backbone, performing validations, troubleshooting submission errors, and ensuring final deliverables meet FDA and other regulatory requirements within established timelines.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of progressive experience in electronic publishing, strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro and plugins such as DXC ToolBox, PDF SmartDesk, and a-Pulse, as well as experience with eCTD building/viewing software and Microsoft Office. Strong English communication, documentation, time management, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams are also essential for success in this role.
