Senior Product Designer

At Remote and Talent, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a team leading end-to-end product design projects, from research to production-ready interfaces.

We are looking for someone passionate about creating intuitive, functional, and thoughtful digital experiences, with the ability to turn user insights and business goals into high-impact web and mobile products.

In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, solve complex problems, and bring to life solutions centered on the communities and users these products serve.

This position is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, strong attention to detail, and solid product judgment, who can move confidently across research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design.

We especially value candidates who have had exposure to AI-powered products or have designed experiences related to agents, LLMs, or AI-enhanced workflows.

Beyond hands-on design work, this person will also play an important role in elevating the team’s skills and culture by bringing critical thinking, clear communication, and a strong feedback mindset.
