Women’s Leadership Council Membership Sales

At Remote and Talent, we are looking for a Women’s Leadership Council Membership Sales Representative to join Engage Mentoring in a full-time, remote role based in Brazil. This opportunity is ideal for a sales-driven professional who enjoys outbound outreach, building relationships with senior leaders, and turning conversations into real business impact. In this role, you will generate pipeline, help fill executive gatherings, convert participants into members, and support local growth strategies alongside Market Chairs.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication and relationship-building skills, experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, and the ability to manage pipeline and deliver results with a high level of accountability. If you enjoy connecting with HR leaders and C-suite women executives, driving follow-up and conversion, and working in a mission-driven environment, this could be a strong next step for you. The role offers a monthly base salary of USD 1,200 to USD 2,275 plus performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.
