Inside Sales Representative

At Remote and Talent, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support a remote team focused on customer service, appointment conversion, and revenue growth.

This full-time contractor role is ideal for sales-driven professionals with 3+ years of experience in inside sales, SDR, or call center environments, especially those who thrive in high-volume phone-based roles and are comfortable working toward KPIs.

The position involves handling warm inbound and outbound calls, closing service appointments, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, consultative selling ability, CRM proficiency, and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
