Senior Python Engineer (Asynchronous & AWS)

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Engineer to join our core development team. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining high-performance backend services, focusing on scalability and robust architecture. Your primary objective will be to optimize our existing infrastructure by leveraging asynchronous programming patterns to handle high-concurrency workloads efficiently. In this role, you will work extensively within the AWS ecosystem, deploying and managing cloud-native applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our services are resilient, secure, and performant. Your daily tasks will involve writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and implementing best practices for cloud infrastructure management. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of professional experience in backend development. You must demonstrate a deep understanding of Python's asynchronous capabilities (asyncio, aiohttp, or similar) and have a proven track record of managing AWS services in production environments. Given our international operations, you must be fully proficient in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members across different regions.
