From Remote and Talent we are looking for a motivated Sales Counter Representative to join a jewelry store in Guadalajara, Centro Histórico. This is an onsite opportunity for someone who enjoys face-to-face sales, customer service, and working in a dynamic retail environment where they can support customers, process sales, handle merchandise, and contribute to store goals.

The ideal candidate has experience in in-store sales of tangible products or department stores, strong customer attention skills, and confidence handling sales in person as well as by phone or WhatsApp. We offer a base salary of MXN 9,600 plus individual and group commissions, bonuses for attendance, punctuality, and exceeding goals, weekly pay, legal benefits, and a schedule from Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
