Business Development Representative
Remote and Talent is looking for a Mid-Level Business Development Representative for our client, SkillSource, to generate new business opportunities, qualify prospects, and build a strong outbound sales pipeline.
This role is ideal for professionals with prior B2B sales development experience who want to take on more responsibility than a traditional entry-level SDR. The person will work directly with company leadership to identify target accounts, run outbound campaigns, schedule qualified meetings, and help optimize the sales process.
The candidate should feel comfortable prospecting founders, executives, engineering leaders, talent leaders, and hiring managers. A technical background is not required, but interest in technology, artificial intelligence, software development, and the tech talent market is important.
