Customer Service Representative / Sales Support

At Remote and Talent, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Sales Support professional to join our client, LifeSource Water Systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, scheduling appointments, coordinating service requests, and supporting both the Sales and Operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. We are looking for someone with strong English communication skills, experience working with U.S. customers, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to customer service and lead follow-up.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in customer service, dispatching, inside sales, or sales support, feels comfortable handling calls, texts, and emails, and is confident using CRM systems to keep customer information accurate and up to date. This is a fully remote position with U.S. business hours, offering the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and collaborative international team.
