User Acquisition Manager

From Remote and Talent, we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager for Bring It On Games, a global company behind highly rated skill-based games. This is a fully remote, self-employed opportunity, with hiring handled through Deel.com. The role is open to candidates based in Poland, Spain, Portugal, Singapore, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, or Serbia.

We’re looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in user acquisition within mobile games, strong hands-on campaign management skills, and experience working with self-serve platforms, budgets, and performance data. The role involves managing UA strategies across SDK networks, DSPs, social, and rewarded channels, as well as optimizing campaigns and collaborating with creative teams.

The compensation ranges from USD 3,000 to 10,000 per month, and the company also offers stock options, a home office budget, and flexible vacation.
