Social Media Sales Specialist

From Remote and Talent, we are looking for a Social Media Sales Specialist to join All Inclusive Outlet, a leading online travel agency specialized in all-inclusive vacations across the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, and beyond.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who enjoy social media, customer interaction, and sales, and who want to be part of a fast-paced environment where online conversations turn into real bookings.

In this role, you will engage with users across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, responding to comments and direct messages, identifying high-intent travelers, and guiding them through the booking process with personalized support and price quotes.

You will play a key role in converting social engagement into qualified leads and confirmed reservations, while helping increase visibility and reach through active, real-time interaction with potential customers.

You will also collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure consistent messaging, escalate complex inquiries when needed, and support the continuous improvement of workflows, templates, and response processes.We are looking for someone with near-native English communication skills, a strong commercial mindset, and experience in social media engagement, digital customer service, or social commerce, ideally within the travel, hospitality, or ecommerce space.Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, Instagram DM automation platforms, or CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce will be highly valuable for success in this position.

The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, organized, and able to manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining speed, accuracy, and a persuasive communication style.
