LiveOps Producer

We’re looking for a data-driven LiveOps Producer to join The Gang Studio, a remote-first game studio creating original games for platforms including Roblox. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of live Roblox titles, leading weekly updates, in-game events, monetization initiatives, and experiments that directly influence player engagement, CCU, and revenue.
 

You’ll work closely with development, art, and community teams to turn player behavior, feedback, and trends into smart product decisions that improve retention and growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, fast iteration, and seeing the impact of their ideas in real time while working with a fully remote team.
