FM Procurement Manager

Remote and Talent is looking for an experienced FM Procurement Manager to join an international company based in Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual professional who has strong experience in facilities management procurement, supplier coordination, transition planning, and stakeholder management across LATAM.

In this role, you will support a regional mobilization process, helping prepare the organization for a major go-live while ensuring readiness across suppliers, services, and operational priorities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders, contributing to risk tracking, reporting, readiness planning, and the development of a long-term mobilization action plan.

We are looking for someone with a hands-on mindset, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. If you have experience in procurement, facilities services, or transition projects and enjoy working in fast-paced, international settings, this could be a great fit for you.
