Senior Accountant

From Remote and Talent, we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join a fast-growing company in the CPG and manufacturing space. This role is a key part of the finance team and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the monthly close process and overall financial reporting. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where strong organization and ownership are essential.

In this position, you will support critical accounting functions across the business, including inventory reconciliation, accruals, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and variance analysis. You will also collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure financial data is accurate and actionable. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and help build scalable accounting practices as the company continues to grow.
